A Story To Be Told is the creative undertaking of Eleanor McGrath and William C. Smith (“Smitty”).

Eleanor and Smitty have worked extensively within Toronto’s Irish community and share a passion for Irish culture and most importantly, the people they meet in their professional lives. It is time to share the stories of these people with a wider audience.

Eleanor McGrath is the former Executive Director for The Ireland Fund of Canada and has more than 13 years experience writing for fund raising organizations.

She is an Investment Advisor with RBC Dominion Securities in Toronto, lives with her husband Finbarr McCarthy and their four children.

She has authored material for the Rosalie Hall Foundation, The Terry Fox Foundation Ontario Chapter and most recently, Connect magazine and the Toronto Irish News.

A professional photographer, William C. Smith reports for the Toronto Irish News and is the exclusive Toronto Ireland Fund of Canada event photographer. His work has been published in international Connect magazine and New York Irish Connections.
